The Mayor discovers he owns Monster Island and evicts all the monsters. This forces them to move into Townsville and the current residents are none too happy about it.
The best parts of this episode involve the interaction between the humans and monsters. Lots of funny situations, but a lame ending. I still don't understand what the Mayor was trying to do with the island. Something about porcelain dolls of himself, I think. If there was a little more thought put into that aspect of the episode, I would have rated it higher.
