A monster is running amuck in Townsville and it's got a baby in its clutches! The PPGs knock out the monster and rescue the baby. But whose baby is it? After many unsuccessful attempts to find the real parents, the girls are stuck with the infant. Ah yes, the 'ol taking-care-of-a-baby-is-going-to-be-easy chestnut. Still, this was a very, very entertaining episode. The only thing holding it back from more stars was the absurdity of the ending. But quite frankly, I can't think up a better one.
Three stars

| I'm eager to see this episode on the air on the Sunday of this posting. Even if it were a mediocre plot during the tragic "Great Decline," it would be a real treat to still see powerpuff episodes broadcasted nevertheless. |

you have a point. however, that's not ABSOLUTELY true, such as Town and Out, Whoopass Stew, and a bunch of others.
I have finally got the chance to see this on the "baby sunday special" Cartoon Network was hosting. I'd say it is true to its point where babies are a nukeload of work and trouble. Why would a baby eat a "veggie bugger?" Bubbles seems to be the best fit to be the mother if you ask me. However, for the most part, the only reason I got excited was because IT'S POWERPUFF!! Other than that, I think I partied watching this for nothing. :( I wonder if there will be more powerpuff scheduled airings in the future, but only time will tell, especially with word of a powerpuff tenth anniversary movie being in the works. Either way, I think it's weird that a monster can have a humam-resembling exoskin that resembles a normal human baby. When the monster's tail wacks the car near the end, we get a taste of "city life" as the guy shouts (If you know New York or Citysville, you'd know what I'm talking about). Aside from that, this was a good episode considering it was produced in the time of the Great Decline. Do you think we will ever see the Powerpuff Girls as actual mothers sometime? If so, I strongly doubt that their partners would be their arch rivals, the Rowdyruff Boys. Sadly, though, there aren't too many highlights in this episode, and this follows the formula-based baby episode, much like the other shows that aired right after it. I'd say that the episode was definately a sign of the changing times and the Great Decline (how many of you heard the baby belch? That's all part of that "changing of the times" to a more uncooth generation). Still, the only good fact is that this shows that there is still hope for our beloved Powerpuff Girls.
