Awesome concept! Mojo kidnaps the "announcer," and is thus able to control events in the city. Mojo's dialogue is spot on! So many funny gags and quotes. Complaints? Would have liked a better payoff at the end, and I would have preferred the "fire breath" ability given to Brick for "The Boys Are Back In Town" episode. Other than that, a stellar showing!

This was very enjoyable, although the ending could've used work. It's awesome to think of the narrator as a godly figure that's omnipotent, which is how Mojo's plan to rob that power is so cool. I love how the Powerpuff Girls don't get in trouble for kicking their own dad, and what I enjoy more than that is when they kick the mayor, he's thankful because the girls made him stumble upon one of his lost heirlooms (Mr. Pickle Action Figure). One quote includes:
Blossom: Is that all, professor? We're kind of in a hurry.
Professor Utonium (dad): Well, I just thought I'd share a bit of Utonion history with you.
Blossom: Ah, shut up.
Who would've thought Blossom would have it in her to pout to her dad like that? MOJO JOJO!
Anyway, this was one of the best concepts of the later episodes. The only real down part is the "Wizard of Oz" spinoff at the end with Mojo behind the curtain.
