I mean, there are some similarities between the Citysville mayor and Bush.

1. They both cannot properly take care of what they're supposed to be taking care of.

2. They both have white hair and the same hair style.

3. They both have a repellent kind of personality.

4. Nobody really likes either of them('Cept Bush with all his Republican people).

That's not really intelligent dude. I mean, can you explain how grey hair and a repellent attitude has anything to do with a city sucking? Oh and what are Bush and the mayor of Citiesville not properly taking care of? Can you elaborate?

Sorry, but I'm one of Bush's Republican people.

I agree with Gopher. Besides, I think the mayor of Citysville reminded me of actor Tommy Lee Jones.

I'm not a fan of Bush myself, but that's besides the point.

The Mayor was created before Dubya came to power, so any resemblance is coincidental, as is the case with most cartoon characters.

If you see a resemblance between these two characters, that's good for you, but I highly doubt many other people agree with you.

Oh, and just for fun, I'll reply to your arguments:

1. They both cannot properly take care of what they're supposed to be taking care of.

While that may somewhat be true, their jobs are a huge responsibility and I'd like to see YOU do them flawlessly if you were one of them

2. They both have white hair and the same hair style.

Frankly, I never noticed that. Besides, Dubya has grey hair and not white

3. They both have a repellent kind of personality.

Please elaborate on this, do you know Bush in real life to 'know' that?

4. Nobody really likes either of them('Cept Bush with all his Republican people).

You'd be surprised how many people still like the Mayor and/or Bush, not just in the US, but around the world

I'm completely against Bush. From my opinion, he's a criminal. And about Mayor...yap, he is constructed pretty much like Bush.
I can't express my feelings about that kind of people, so I'll say it like this:
They stink. Stink stink stink.

Let's just say that every word he ever said was a lay, that he pushed thousands of innocent people into a war without a real reason (I mean, nuclear weapon. Really. And when everybody realised that it was not any kind of nuclear weapon, there's a question : then what the heck was that?). For more information, just ask parents of fallen soldiers.
Yap.

Yap.

I assume you mean 'lie'.

President Bush wrote: Mr. Speaker, Mr. President Pro Tempore, members of Congress, and fellow Americans:

In the normal course of events, Presidents come to this chamber to report on the state of the Union.

That filthy lying bastard.

And I assume you mean the soldiers in our VOLUNTEER army? The ones who signed on knowing they could be sent to war with a couple of words from the Commander-in-Chief? The ones who chose to apply for a job with the description of "Kill people we don't like"?

No good reason? I can think of three!

The ruling party of Iraq was commiting genocide on a national scale. Thousands upon thousands of innocent people were pushed into torture chambers, firing squads and woodchippers without a good reason.

There's also the fact that since Desert Storm, Iraq has had poor relations leading to "low-level" conflict between Iraq and it's neighbors. Iraqi anti-air defenses were also known to lock on and attack coalition airplanes enforcing the "no-fly zones" established after Desert Storm.

Oh yea. The terms of the cease-fire after Desert Storm included the forbidding of developing weapons of mass destruction. Now, you're right; we never did find any WMDs in Iraq. However, we did discover they had hidden manufacturing plants that had the ability to create WMDs. They didn't have any, but they could have made them at any time.

Edit: Woa. Didn't see this taking place in a PPG discussion, haha.
