Hmmm sounds familiar to something else I've heard too...

Hear it in the background? It's really slow...
This song was featured in a Mitsubishi car commercial in 2003 too...

This may be it again in one of my favorite songs(hard to tell though):

Woah. I can think of at least 3 things off the top of my head where that (or a variation thereof) was used.

-some music from Sonic Adventure 2: Battle
-some music from Unreal Tournament
-PPG

I think it sound like the powerpuff girls? yea definetly does somewhere in the song.
