Thanks to a local deny, all schools around Campbellsville, including Campbellsville University, have decided to limit the viewing of YouTube! Has this ever happened to you if you went to school?

Those establishments, along with all their instruments, are there for the sole purpose of education. The decision is entirely justified, unless people are actually watching educational videos on YouTube (though they could find the same information in the videos on websites such as Wikipedia), something of which I find highly doubtful. Yeah right, they're gonna do "project research" on YouTube. :roll:

A research on pirated movies/shows, I bet.

At my school, playing games on computers and basically doing anything that is not school-related can get you a boot from the library. I'd say it's a good thing because there are people out there who actually need the computers to do their homework.

Exactly. Back in ancient times, when I went to school, the Apple IIe computers were for programming only.

I wouldn't recommend you try to circumvent the system. It's probably easy to do, but you'll end up being put in jail and labeled a terrorist. People ignorant of technology are very afraid of it.

Well, Google Video viewing is no longer limited in CU. However, check my latest post in My Life Just Got Even Worse to see some bad news about my recent happenings.

My school simply blocks youtube under the category "tasteless." So everything is considered tasteless. Hmm...
ALso, Google Video is blocked under "Adult Content." I lol every time I see that.
