Hey everyone! I was just thinking to myself. Since the 10 year anniversary of The Powerpuff Girls series is coming up and Craig's already working on a half-hour special for it, that there should be a convention sometime next year in 2008 as well. I know that serious, die-hard, Powerpuff Girls fans (such as myself who's counting down the days 'till the anniversary) would absolutely love that! I mean hey, just a few months ago in June serious, die-hard, Power Rangers fans threw their first ever Power Rangers Morphicon convention, so why not one for this beloved 90's show as well. Who knows, maybe (hopefully) should this idea be realized we could hold it either in the summer of fall of 2008, and VA's from the series could actually show up - including creator Craig McCracken himself :)!

Maybe. But keep in mind that serious, die-hard, Powerpuff Girls fans aren't as many as they used to be. I don't think that we could hold a meeting, let alone a convention.

I Honestly could not see or picture that happening though, Even though My Passion for ppg is right in the Grave and is Buried alive, I'll still Give you props for coming up with a decent idea though :).

I may not be as obsessed with PPG as I used to be, but I still love it dearly and am inspired by it from time to time. Hell, I'd go to a convention all about PPG, if there was more than two people there. :o

It looks like my wish for a Powerpuff Girls Convention in celebration of the show's 10-Year Anniversary is about to come true after all ;): http://news.toonzone.net/article.php?ID=24705

Once I had read the news about this on toonzone.net I IMMEDIATELY set plans in motion/arranged my work schedule around, so that I could come to this year's con. The fact that the con solely deals with the 10th Anniversary of the show makes me think that Craig McCracken & crew have ALREADY finished production on the TV-Special that's set to air this November. Chances are that if any of us PPG fans show up at the con then we may be able to get to see this special before it airs in November :D!!! If any other PPG fans are going then I hope to see you there :).

I think its a good idea, but how are we going to get all the stuff for a convention?? and we all live in different areas so wecant help eachother, so what R we possed to do?
