Me and my siblings have been debating this... here are our guesses:

Me: Late 30s - Early 40s
Brother: Late 50s - Early 60s
Sister 1: Late teens - early 20s
Sister 2: Late 20s - Early 30s
Sister 3: ~35

Which of us five do you guys think is closest to being correct?

Actually, I agree with you. He looks kinda healthy and young: can't be older than 42.

I'd say Sister 3. While the art style makes it hard to tell the age accurately, Utonium's square jaw and overall appearance somewhat remind me of a lot of dark-haired comic book protagonists such as Clark Kent or Bruce Wayne, both being around the age of 35.

And then there's the way his personality, which is very father-like yet there remains a sense of... "youthfulness" (can't find a better word) that pops out every once in a while, like when he met "Ima Goodlady." While personality is not always the most accurate way to determine age, I will stand by my position.

Judging by Get Back Jojo:

Though I don't really know how old he is when first seen as a little kid (in 1959), I wouldn't count him older than 10. Assuming the rest takes place roughly 40 years later, that would make him somewhere in his 50's.

I have two problems though. He looks younger and if I use that same ep, Miss Bellum and Miss Keane would both be well in their 50's as well. I find that a bit hard to believe.

I would say somewhere in his 40s from episode reference. But as I specified in a previous thread, the show doesn't have a truly accurate time reference and it always fluctuates with when it has been created. The "lack of time continuity" is a common problem amongst most if not all cartoons save mine, and is especially exaggerated in The Simpsons.

Tough call. He doesn't look nor behave very old, so I'd say early to mid 30s. Of course if we count Get Back Jojo as an official source, that can't be right.

As dorky as the Professor is, I still connected him with Bruce Wayne in the cartoon Batman for some reason, maybe it's the black hair.XD Iunno, he's post-graduate, successful (and kind of like Jon from Garfield as being the young bachelor type), so I'd pinpoint him as 27-28.:P
