As the title says, cept it's a pretty crappy gutter XD
By the way, the date format on the title of this thread is in British (dd/mm/yy), just incase you yanks get confused >__<
Anyway...
Yeah, I'll be posting some of my recordings in this thread in order to get more feedback. I can't trust Youtube for constructive criticism.
I started off with just two songs, Zetsubou Billy by Maximum the Hormone and His World by Zebrahead. I initially planned on doing more but, I haven't had much time to record (plus most of my covers screwed up during the compression.

Oh, I do take requests. But it depends on the song, I'm not a very skillful guitarist (Dragonforce songs are out of the question). Please note that if there isn't a tab for the song, I may not be able to do it. This will depend if I feel like tabbing by ear .
I will not do acoustic songs since I do not have an acoustic guitar to play it on.

I hate the second Death Note closing theme with a passion, but I must admit you did a pretty good job on it. Got the notes and rhythm dead on for the most part. The Sonic tune, however, was a little off; from what I checked out, it seems as though the original song's lower notes are lower than in your cover, and the higher notes are higher. But judging on how you did on the Death Note tune, I suppose the problem might stem more from faulty guitar tuning than anything else, but oh well. :P
Other than these comments, I don't really know what else to add since I'm more of an acoustic guitar person... and not exactly a good one, at that. (I haven't touched it in a year).

Also, requesting:
- Pachelbel's Canon in D (because even when 100,000,000,000 people put their guitar covers of it on the Tube, it still won't get old)
- The Halo theme
- Shoko Nakagawa - Sorairo Days (also spelled: Sora Iro Days) from Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann |

Yeah the song is indeed tuned lower (Drop C). But I didn't tune it down because I'm more familiar with it on Drop D. Which made it somewhat easier for me to remember the notes.

I couldn't find the tabs for the song, I could try it by ear but it'll take a while.

Hahah thanks man, I'd probably get paid to get off the stage :P
There's quite a few castlevania tabs, I guess I can do some of those.

Ok, just need to clear something up. If that's the original one then fine ok, but if it's a remix I'll need you to send me a link to it (e.g. youtube).
Alright, I've added a request section.
[edit] Mmmmkay, my lower e string snapped and I'm fixing the strings on my other guitar so there'll be a delay with requests. |

Well that's too bad...Hope you fix the strings soon.
About requests...I guess I'll ask the same thing that Vipey asked: Castlevania: Symphony Of The Night soundtracks. Hope you can play some of the cool themes there like "The Tragic Prince". Good luck! :) |

| ^ That's the thing about playing guitar, you ALWAYS have to practise. If you don't then you'll slowly lose your skill. Besides that's the only way you'll be able to improve. |

I’m sure it was Voodoo by Godsmack, unless you’re thinking of another band o_o
But yeah I’ll give it a shot.

Ahhh thanks for that Asis, so it was just basically the Halo 2 Theme.
Crap... well that song is going to have to wait, I need a sustainiac pickup for it (to play continuous notes) else it just won’t be the same.
