Pfft, if it was on Guitar hero you'd get a big fat BOO!

And you'd miss all the FUCKN' starpower.

I have a request, well more like a challenge...I'd like to see you play Classical gas by Mason Williams. Its completely finger picked, but the nice thing is that your picking mostly chords rather than scales. So give it a try!

I'll show you the difference between guitar hero and an actual guitar :P

That's an interesting challenge. I don't often do acoustic songs... but I guess it's about time I turned the distortion off.

Challenge accepted.

Right, update time.

The song is Supersonic by Bad Religion, a fast, easy and short song. It's just one chord over and over and I somehow still managed to screw it up. I made a couple of mistakes and I missed the solo for about a few seconds but it came out alright.

Oh yeah, my damn E string went out of tune which really screwed things up.

I'll upload two songs next time, *sigh* I should really soundproof my room.

Hey, great job Dark!

I kind of wish I kept up the guitar, I could've been pretty good by now, but I passed on my pretty blue guitar to my little brother, who's more musically talented...

I'm also trying to think of a request for you. I kind of can't pick a song. I'll get back to you on that XD

BTW, I have a request. Why don't you play something from the Beatles! You know, like Bang and I requested MONTHS ago?!

Whoops ^_^'''

Sorry, I'll make sure to do your request before anyone else.

No probs! Just hurry, I need SONGZZZ

*ahem*

Alright, no update this week. Instead I've decided to leave the songs on the upcoming list and work on the requests. I'll start off with Bang and Gopher's (as I promised) then pick another.
I have to use the weekend and weekdays to both warm up and learn the songs, so I should be able to keep to my routine of weekly updates.

Be sure to post your requests so I actually have something to learn >_<

Ooh! Me and Twilight have one for you... how about Linkin Park's Points of Authority? Do you think you could possibly give that a shot?

hey man, good job with the songs you got here, but it seems like the way you're presenting some of the songs sounds strange. Perhaps the overall mix is off (which is acceptable considering what you're trying to do) but it definitely is a big part as to what does or doesn't sound "out of place" in any track. It also makes picking up errors that much easier.

Overall though, good job. I plan on doing some of these myself but i need to get me a camera first...or a webcam, whichever.

PS. Lolz @ Halo Mjolnir Mix. Steve Vai isn't exactly an easy person to replicate. If you post a video, it better be perfect or you'll get ur balls torn apart on youtube :P (just a little heads up) Us here at rr.net however, will not just spam you with
"Get better noob!" We actually try and give you constructive criticism to help you improve.

Lol that's why I'm staying away from the song until I get that sustainer pick up (which isn't bloody cheap) >_<.

And thanks man, we should do a cover together sometime :P

Right

First of all I would like to apologize for the delays in requests (I haven't even reached half way with Bang/Furry bastard's request yet). This is because college is proving to be a pain to the extent that I owe a teacher 4 essays. I have to get them done, she seriously scares the crap out of me.

Now, I have good news and bad news.

The good news is, my Christmas holiday starts on Tuesday (thank god for eid).
The bad news is there's going to be a delay with the requests until... I get a new guitar which is going to be sometime in January. But it's a Dean Razorback! My dream guitar.

Oh, and I've removed two requests, Boris' "Cannon D" and Xion's "Halo 2 Theme". Boris, your request is a little hard for me to do and Xion, I need the right equipment to get yours done perfectly. Sorry about that, give me something else and I'll see if I can do it.

Woah, Dark's a busy guy.o.o But those seriously sound awesome!!=D

I would have liked to hear the Halo2 theme too, but maybe instead you could do Blow Me Away by Breaking Benjamin. Don't worry, I'm not asking you to do it, just maybe give it a shot when you have nothing else going on (never, right?:P). Keep it up, yo!^^
