I've been reading a lot about Zombies, they're fun, not the dumb shit super zombies, the OLD zombies, the dumb ones who can't sprint or smash windows unless taught. Been reading the Zombie Survival Guide (a real book) and it's just very amusing at the way they talk about it and I got to thinking about it, so i'd like to have a whole squarden. Takes place in modern day appocolypto type setting, zombies rule, humans are scarce, we travel on a bus and try to save what's left of the human race. There are only four known towns left in the world, the main one being HAMMERFORGE! That will be where I am from. Not much about my character yet, be whatever the fuck you want as long as you're not Godly, i'm just a normal human, who likes hammers. Two hammers strapped to his sides, one sledgehammer, and everybody gets some kinda gun (ammo very limited, conserve). Nothing ridiculous people, it's the end of the world. Peace

Ok, I want to make you guys aware of something: Zombies are a disease pretty much, called Solanum. Doesn't resurrect the already dead, it kills the living and reanimates them, so keep that in mind. Getting bitten changes you over 24 hours, that such. Go for weapons and remember that the world is a barren wasteland! Old abandoned hardware stores and gun shops will be your best friends, including say abandoned malls? Anything that has enough of a force that you can barricade things out and have supplies is a great place to stay and hide out for a while.

We're not dealing with super zombies, the only difference between humans and zombies (asides for emotion and such) is that they don't think first. They see, they act. It's an instinct thing. Animals RUN from them because they don't like them, and animals apparently do not get turned (though for the fun of it, fuck that rule), but no bugs or anything die. They don't mutate in anyway either. They'll look like typical undead.

Anyways, yeah, no super zombies. That's a bit ridiculous to be honest. They don't sprint, they can't rip you in two, they can't fly, they can do what the human could be before it died... So if the human before could die? Then go for it, flying zombies. Otherwise they're just humans who want to eat you, cannibals pretty much. Good times. That all, if you have questions please ask, i'm enjoying this topic. I'll start the thread when we get a few more members to join up, you can start wherever you'd like but i'm starting in Hammerforge, cause ya know, i'm awesome. Good times, peace

AWESOME! Good times good times, so i'm at work and we get out in a bit less then an hour today and i'm on break and REALLY fuckin' tired of mopin' the damn floor and i'm only half done... Fuckers...

Yours don't have to be this long, i'm sure i'm missing some things and i'll get back to that at a later date in which i'm not pressed for time. Oh, and here are the cities (known of) so you know:

Hammerforge - A fortress city in itself and the largest of the known cities left in the world, many from here train to close combat with the undead

Romerage - Strives off gadets created to combat the undead, the second largest city and a safe haven for those who are attempting to resupply to go back out and fight. They were the first to discover that the undead do not fear fire, but it works ridiculously well if able to be controlled

Pointfall - An average town and the largest community of all the cities. Its defenses are small due to scarce undead located near this area, the ones that are around don't seem very interested in the city for some peculiar reason. They've been known mainly for the mining that goes deep within the town. Most of the weapons crafted come from this city

Shadow Keep - Mainly known for the martial artist masters coming from here, their skills are rarely used in hand to hand combat, but the weapon training and skills such as agility are highly useful for the undead seem to be lacking in speed. This particular place has stealthed ninjas around it's barriers ready to strike anything moaning or even annoying... Not many people go to Shadow Keep.

Those are just four KNOWN cities, the biggun's on the east coast of (enter name of country here). So that's about it, we're ready, do whatever the hell you'd like with your character and if you'd like to ask me any questions PM's or on here is good. Nobody can be half undead, you cannot breed with them and once you are bitten you will be killed I assure you. Good luck, hope the end of the world doesn't scare you too much... Oh, and bring earplugs, the undead moan is fuckin' annoying
