...Long Island?
I'll be sure not to go to a mall wearing an anti-war shirt then, lol... not that I own any. |

If this' true, then it's pathetic.
But that guy on the video doesn't seem trust-worthy. IMO. |

| Getting arrested because of a anti-war shirt... That' ridiculous. (Was it because of the amount of soldiers expressed on the shirt that caused them to arrested the guy?). Still, pathetic it is. |

Teacher: Guess what, kids? What does the US government do best at?
Kids: What, teacher?
Teache: Why going to war, of course! They just know what's best for their country, kids, and that's blowing up other ones for their own expansion! Whoo hoo!
...
Ugh, I'm sometimes sicken to be a American. This guy deserves better, and that's not a more comfortable wheelchair, but some rights. Just as that guy told on the video, someone needs to be sued.
Also, I take it the guy be commended if he was wearing and handing out pamphlets that supported the war? Well, that would sound like regular American politics to me. |

The mall is private property. They can choose to kick out anyone they please or enact any dress code they like as long as it's not based on gender, age, race, etc. If they ask you to leave, you have no right to stay. He was arrested for trespassing and resisting arrest. He broke no law for wearing that shirt.
I don't agree with the mall staff, but they have every right to throw him out, no matter how dumb the reason. |
