Forgive me if this is in the wrong section n.n;;
but I am about to start doing some art on the computer problem is the only program I have is MSpaint. I don't know how to get or know anything about the others. I was wondering if maybe some of you who do have the better programs could maybe tell me what they are more about them and how to get them?? (I'd like to make something online that isn't all crappy mspaint for once lol) |

You can try downloading The GIMP.
It sort of like Photoshop (meaning it has all the same basic tools) and best of all IT'S ABSOLUTELY FREE!!!
There are tutorials online that can help you get started. |

| You can either use GIMP like Firefly advice or use Paint.NET, which use the Microsoft.NET base so it will consume very little of your computer's resources, useful if you got a slow comp (and it's free also ;)) |
