Am just new here and kind off lazy reading the rules so I'll just ask where can I write a PPGZ fanfic??

You can post both fanfictions or original stories in the Fanfiction and Role Playing forum. I've posted a couple of things there myself and the moderators are okay with it. As long as you don't post any erotica, you'll be fine. (Of course, this is only from notions, so... :3)
