DISCLAIMER & WARNING: This RP is for mature audiences. It contained sexual background, may contain very graphic language and killings, and could very possibly be very disturbed. I would first like to explain the premise. The Powerpuff Girls are gone. The way the normal villains were seen was from the Powerpuff Girls' eyes, and this is the way they are truly seen. I shall provide bio on them at the bottom, after the background is detailed.

Background: The Powerpuff Girls have fought evil within Townsville, and even Citiesville. The two major villains of Townsvillie, Mojo JoJo, and H.I.M. have done away with the Powerpuff Girls in the most brutal of ways. The girls have always been too strong to defeat in combat, and so Mojo and H.I.M. found a plan, a plan that would destroy the Powerpuff Girls. That was where Utoniu

m came into play.

Professor Utonium, the maker of the Powerpuff Girls, never had power. He was a man of science, and a main part in his girls' lives. Thusly, he was a prime target. Mojo created a serum, based on Antidote X that would bring the Powerpuff Girls' powers down to that of a normal human. Once the girls were apprehended by Fuzzy Lumpkins, they were tied to chairs, and forced to watch their creator and father, Professor Utonium, brutally tortured by H.I.M., using his favorite weapon: Bladed pliers shaped like claws.

Once Utonium was finally killed, they moved onto Buttercup. Buttercup was the unbreakable will of the team, constantly refusing to give up the fight despite the beating or the punishment she took. To begin to bring her down, they induced as paralyzing agent directly into the back of her neck, and H.I.M. proceeded on tearing her back open with his plier blades. Mojo thereby began to hack through a certain order of nerves, making Buttercup paralyzed forever. They then administered Antidote X to her wound before patching her up. She died moments later.

Bubbles, broken after watching the torture to her father and the death of her sister, was beaten and shredded, soon after raped by Mojo JoJo, leaving her view on life being beautiful and wonderful shattered and shredded. She was beaten to inches of her life. After watching this, Blossom attempted to fight back, beaten until Fuzzy Lumpkins was able to land a blunt attack with his shotgun to the back of her head. Mojo drew a large blade and began to carve the message "Welcome To Hell" into her back. Blossom was left on the ground, bleeding almost to death while Bubbles drank the few drops of the bottle of Antidote X from Buttercup's "surgery". She then proceeded to cut her throat as the villains left the home, Blossom fleeing upon seeing Bubbles and Buttercup dead on the floor.

Bubbles managed to live, only making it due to the impotency of the serum administered and the small dose of Antidote X wearing off. She is currently located in Townsville Sanitarium and requires a machine to breath. Blossom has vanished, and has not been seen from the incident two years ago. Buttercup's grave stone is currently located in Townsville Cemetery, along with her body. Flowers no longer grace her Headstone, due to the current state of Townsville.

Two Years Later:
Townsville is in disrepair. Crime is at a all time high, the Mayor cannot accomplish anything, now that his trusted assistant Miss Bellum has been killed by Sedusa.

Sedusa - A woman of physical prowess, Sedusa attempts to use her body and the prospect of sex to obtain what she wants from others. When things start going bad, she uses a whip as her prime weapon. Her allegiance is currently to the alliance of Mojo JoJo and H.I.M. She is normally found wearing a red corset, red elbow high gloves, fishnet stocking and red heels.

Harvey Israel Manath - Only known by the initials H.I.M. and thus where his nickname comes from. He uses the abilities of throwing and manipulating his voice to trick those who are gullible, also priding himself by using handmade weapons he calls his "claws". They are red painted bladed pliers that make his hands look like he has claws. Harvey also commands one of the largest technological companies in the world "Tech Corp". He never is seen without his red suit on.

Mojo JoJo - Was a boy who once studied under the girls' creator Professor Utonium. He proudly worked as Utonium's assistant and apprentice until the day of the explosion that mutated him deeply. His body hair grew exponentially and a large portion of his skull was cracked open, along with shards of glass and metal being implanted into his body. He wears a hat to contain his brain, if taken off his brain has a possibility of falling out of his head. He wears his cape to keep the unit constantly circulating the Chemical X that keeps him alive through his system. Mojo is currently working on an allegiance with Monster Island.

Fuzzy Lumpkins - Your average redneck who, due to children vandalizing his shack, and stealing his property, demands that people leave his things alone. His pink shirt under blue overalls is the only thing he wears, along with hiking boots. His favorite weapon is his "boom stick". He is much stronger then he looks, able to flip cars over with out much struggle.

Princess - An extremely bratty girl now of age 15 who demands she gets what she wants from her Daddy. In the new power shift of evil, Princess has executed her father, now getting whatever she wants when she wants, and dropping anybody who is in her way. She wears her yellow dress, large gloves and slightly heeled boots while normally being found with a tiara.

Femme Fatale - A woman who deeply believes in female superiority, making up for the apparent "years of oppression" where they were held down. She doesn't stand for much, but now with the girls not there to bring her down, she enjoys robbing what's left of people's money. Especially men. Lets pray she never crosses the Rowdy Ruff Boys. Femme Fatale normally wears a white jumpsuit with her arsenal of female symboled weapons.

Gang Green Gang - The local "gang" of the town, they normally wear whatever clothes they can find and wear green warpaint which symbolizes themselves as the "Gang Green Gang." Their members are currently Snake, Big Billy, Little Arturo, Grubber, and their leader: Ace.

The Rowdy Ruff Boys - Known as one of the toughest rivals of the Powerpuff Girls, they currently live in Townsville wreaking more havoc then anything. Their allegiance is with no one aside for themselves. They've evolved to biker jackets, keeping a stripe across the chest of their colors and can normally be found pillaging, raping, and murdering. The Boys have stepped up a level of mentally, and physically destroying their victims.

This is the goal: Restore Townsville to it's former glory. Heroes are needed, please, respond.

History/Past: Mike Believe’s existence went on like you would expect it to. He was continued to be picked on his entire life, labeled as the loser of the class and titles like that usually never go away. And as time went on, the abuse Mike received only got worse and worse. Until one day, Mike Believe had finally snapped. He researched into guns, and learned their inner workings and how the more advanced handguns and rifles worked. He waited until the inevitable giant monster would attack, and as soon as the girls were gone, he made his move.

Mike began to imagine the guns he has chosen as best as he could. The bullet slides, the trigger, the caliber, the bullets and how they were constructed, the barrel and its sight… He imagined every detail as best he could and began to mow down his classroom. He killed his bullies and the people whom never protected him. He only killed those he believed deserved it, and then made his escape. He imagined a disguise and lived on the streets, stealing to live. The only person he kept in contact with was Bubbles, whom believed he still was the boy who they played with every day at recess back in kindergarten. Ever since the incident though, Mike has visited Bubbles at the Sanitarium on a weekly basis.

History/Past: R.J.'s father was a scientist for the army. His recent invention was a mind development serum that could give the army soldiers the ability to move things with their minds, and control the minds of their enemies.

Her father had been testing it on her since she was two years old. By the time she turned 15, the serum had warped her mind terribly. She went temporarily insane and killed her parents. When she had realized what she had done, she left her house and normal life behind and went on the run.

She lived on the street until she was old enough to get a job at the Grocery Store of Townsville. She has been supporting herself with a minimum wage job trying to blend in with the normal citizens.

However, now with the Powerpuff Girls gone, crime has gotten worse than ever. The store that she works at gets robbed daily by a different villian. The latest culprits call themselves The Rowdyruff Boys. R.J. can not decide whether she should continue to hide her powers, or risk everything to fight back and let people see her for what she truly is.

History/Past: Not much is known about Kairi except that she was found at the doorstep of the Townsville Orphanage when she was barely a week old, and was raised there until she was 7, when she was adopted by Ernest and Maria Baldwin, both psychiatrists for a Clinic outside of Townsville. But only after a month of staying with the Baldwins, the couple realized how unstable the young girl was, claiming that there monsters coming to get her, like how they got her brother. She would also have screaming fits at random moments of the day, and would rarely come out of her room except to shower or eat. Two months after the Baldwins adopted Kairi, they sent her to their own clinic so tests could be run on her. But no mental problems nor physical problems could be found, and she was sent back home. Ernest Baldwin decided to investigate Kairi's background from the orphanage, and discovered that her older brother by two years, Emile, was found beaten and murdered in the courtyard, a screaming Kairi found almost 20 feet away from him, her left leg covered in blood. He also found out that some of the children of the orphanage may have been responsible for the boy's death, as well as constant teasing and beatings that Kairi endured. Now, 8 years later, Kairi lives alone without any parents, for both Ernest and Maria Baldwin both disappeared one night when they were at work. Kairi's family doctor still takes her to the clinic three times a week, one reason being her leg which is permanently damaged, making her walk with a limp. The other reason is because Kairi's illusions of monsters and voices are growing stronger, and her sanity is slowly taking a turn for the worst...

History/Past: His father is Harry Nguyen, the only Vietnamese that is a Harmonixer. His mother is Annette Volte, a Russian High Priestess. They met each other during the battle against the evil Dehuai, a corrupted sage. They then fell in love and formed into a strong group dedicated to battle against all evil. James was then born on April 12th, 1990.

When James reached his 10th year, Dehuai returned with even greater forces in hope of dominating the world. Fearing that they couldnt survive the harsh battle against Dehual this time, James's parents sent him to Albert Simon, a very close friend of them who is a Cardinal of the Vatican. They then went to fight Dehuai and were never return again. Cardinal Simon then decided to adopt James and take good care of him. A year after that incident, he also decided to form Sapientés Gladio under the permission of the Vatican to honor and follow the heroic act of James's parents, in hope that he will later on walk his father and mother's path.

Now, when James turned 18, he has officially became a part of Sapientés Gladio, starting his path of fighting against all evil. And the trip to Townsville is his very first mission...

About Sapientés Gladio: An organization formed by High Cardinal Albert Simon in 2001 under the permission of the Vatican. Currently consisting about 100 members, they're all working their best to fight against evil and paranormal, giving out an aid for keeping the peace of this world. They use a combination of mythological and technological means to do their job. Besides the clear correlation with the Vatican, they also have connection with other important organization around the world like FBI, CIA, NSA...nation's intelligence, and even the UN.

History/Past:
When Vladamir Rasmussen was five he was adopted by Monefair Lenguid. His parents called it kidnapping but after a while, they turned up dead. No one knows what happened but Monefair was obviously a suspect. Since there was no murder weapon or finger prints on anything that belonged to Monefair (the only things that surrounded the two dead parents were a pile of bones each and blood everywhere), he adopted Vlad and started teaching him the ways of the Necromancer.

For 20 years he was taught to meditate perfectly. The meditation would preserve his body as he aged from the wears of age and from most diseases. For 10 years he studied the first and most basic chapter of the Excessum Libri. Perfect meditation was important because for the next 20 years he was taught and practiced the art of possession, lifting a body from the dead to do his bidding, and the summoning of an earth golem to protect the body when in possession. Each time he used this ability, it wore on his soul and his body and eventually would kill him.

At the age of 60, Vlad looks to be a 90 year old. His meditation keeps his body alive well past when it should be because of the condition he's in. The only abilities he can combine are possession and summoning an earth golem. Otherwise he can only do one or the other at this point because if he stretches his concentration too thin, he could lose control of the body he's possessing or the corpse he's summoned. In time his powers will grow to be able to summon more skeleton corpses or even summon them while possessing another body.

When Monefair was finished teaching all the basics Vlad would need to know, he gave Vlad an Amulet of Concentration and a self updating version of the Excessum Libri. When Vlad was powerful enough to learn a new ability or expand on one, it would glow to alert him that he could now use the ability.

In the 3 years of wandering before the Powerpuff tragedy, Vlad was known to kill people with his cane that had a blade on the bottom of it the exact size to stab into the victim's heart just for the mere fun of possessing them, knowing full well it was slowly killing him. The 2 years after the crime started to rapidly rise, Vlad realized he needed to help restore the balance of life and death in the city. And that became his new goal, whatever the cost.

History/Past: Masenko was born in Townsville, and raised in Townsville watching the Powerpuff Girls do their thing. He knew from the very start that they would be phenomenal, as long as they kept working at it. He learned at an early age that he could produce electricity through his hands based on a trick his father taught him. His father was a magician, and he wowed audiences, teaching his son the tricks of the trade. It was an accident, a liquid that generated electricity seeped into Masenko's skin and bound. Since that incident, he could generate electricity with his hands.

His father was killed by the Powerpuff Girls after an unexplainable accident, were his father rose as a Zombie. It was a quick battle, but his father used the best of his skill to destroy the Powerpuff Girls, something Masenko hated. Masenko decided then to use his tricks as a way to fight those who did harm, and now uses his power completely to stop crime. History/Past: Lucifer was born in London, England as his father, Tsabe Stephenson, had moved from America after his views of the country dwindled. Within England Lucifer learned the proper lifestyle of the average Englishman. He learned to hold a proper conversation and manners as many expected of him. Yet, around the age of 6, Lucifer began to act strange. He became very miserable around others, feeling more safe to be locked within his room than to be around them. Things became worse when he met his first love. Her name was Mary Rodrick, a shy, black-haired girl who fancied wearing long dresses with a single coloration. She and Lucifer became the best of friends and even promised to marry when the time came. Yet, a unfortunate event took place. Lucifer and his father heard news that Mary murdered her parents in cold blood, then committed suicide in the dead of night. The city refused to give Mary a funeral as she was far too evil to be given one. Tsabe did what he could to arrange one with other neighboring cemeteries, but the police stopped him and warned him if he was to continue, he would be jailed. Still, he continued and was finally jailed. Lucifer was to be placed in a foster home, but he refused. He ran off and found Mary's body. He cried endlessly till bits of his hair fell from his head and gray pieces took their place - done in by the immense stress he was suffering. Tsabe was finally released and was told to leave England as he was a evil brought to their land. So, Tsabe departed England with both Lucifer and the sheer hatred he now had for the country.

Finally, though, the two found a sense of peace within Tokyo, Japan. As odd as the decision, it was made up by Lucifer's father as he had a certain love interest within the city. Her name was Matsuo, a blond-haired, red-eyed Japanese woman with a slight side of English within her. The Stephenson family grew over the last three years and Lucifer now had a new mother and two sisters in addition. Nya and Alenda, both sweethearts and dear siblings to their tragic brother.

Lucifer later had the experience of his young life. During a simple school day, Lucifer found a old chronicle holding the past of a malevolent human being who almost conquered the world. Through its retrieval, the man's servant, a nightmarish creature named Crypt, told Lucifer he was chosen to be a Tamer, humans that're touched by the forces of Hell and turned into living weapons. Through, several life-threatening encounters with dangerous foes such as demons and even Hell's ruling nobility, the Devils, he combated. Yet, through these struggles, Lucifer made friends and even a someone to fill the black void that Mary left him with. Her name was Angelean Williams, a polish 12-year-old girl. Sweet Angelean always wanted to come to Tokyo, and with the help of a unfortunate individual, her wish was granted. The minute she and Lucifer got to know one another, the connection was made. It only took a struggling battle to insure it, as her bodyguard Gabriel was truly a Tamer, seeking to combat the famous newcomer Lucifer. Lucifer was deemed the title “English Tamer, Twin Lucifers” as his personality within battle resembled that of the malignant being Lucifer, rather than the gentle soul, Lucifer Stephenson. His powers, the Blood-line, was later discovered to be a dark essence that existed even before the birth of time. Named the Parasitic by their host body, Lucifer made a agreement with the beings that he being their vessel as long as he could use them for his one needs. The Parasitic agreed and a pact was made. Over the next two years, Lucifer and his powers worked side-by-side and fought against conflicts that were outside to the ones he settled within the city he lived within. Guided by his friend Crypt, he and Lucifer travel the world, trying what they can to relax, and yet, are dragged into conflicts within each place they visit. Yet again, their assistance is needed once more.

If he is not able to protect his loved ones, he begins to shift into his "Assasin" personality, and he takes extreme measures in order to save others, caring little for the well-being of his opponents. History/Past: Chaosrider is born into a peasant family under the given name of "Ivan Felgrand". After losing both his parents to cholera by age seven, he is sold into slavery. The slave-traders' caravan is attacked by bandits who kill all of the peasants except for Ivan, who is saved by a swordsmanship teacher called Hiro, who takes the boy in a hard training, believing that he really have the necessary to be a trustfully swordsman who can protect the people. After a few years under Hiro's guidance, Ivan's wish to protect the people with his skills results in his abandonment of both his master and his training. His teacher gave him a bandanna so he can be recognized as a renegade swordsman and as a symbol of honor and pride, this was the last thing his master did before he died through his age.

Working alone, his sword skills soon attract the attention of Katsura, a leader of the Arcadia clan, and Ivan is sent to Kyoto and assigned the role of an assassin, Within the first six months of his career, he kills over 10,000 peoples, and eventually became known as "Chaosrider". In a incident he received a surprising attack from a suspicious person in a red suit with claws who let the famous "X" through his back, Once unconcusious, his friends come to the battlefield in order to help him but each one was facing a horrible death from him, Ivan only was able to see the death of his dear friends and he can't do anything to save him. After the crisis suffered and the remorses of his acts. Ivan buries his sword on the ground and leaves Kyoto for just becoming a wandering swordsman being nearly incapable of killing.

As soon he comes back to Clipsville, he has heared rumors about the Townsville incident and how a suspicious figure in a red suit has taken over the city. After hearing this, he takes the job as a bounty-hunter and decides to save the city and to settle old things from the past, aiming hopes to seeking revenge and to free the city of a dangerous fate.
