Seems to have gone either A)Down the toilet B) Everyone dissapeared off the face of the earth.


Apparently alot of us old-timers have grown up, and there just isn't anything completely intresting around anymore.

Truth to be told, the community is less active than I once saw it to be when I lurked through here. There's still a community, small one, but one nevertheless. I still can keep myself busy here, with posting art and roleplaying. So there's still some things here to keep someone busy, just depends on what's offered. Also, the new school year is just around the corner, so it'll make the forums seem dead for a while. I'm just greatful it's not one of those forums that someone starts, thinking it'll be the next big social center, and a few months later it's a husk of wasted money, and the administrator is left there staring at a blank screen.

I had to end Survivor due to the lack of activity. Hey but, RRN has gone through its weak points before, and maybe soon it'll be more active again...

And then I can start up Survivor again and make Keeper a happy camper! =D

I'll continue to be around. I am noticing a big drop in activity lately though, like, nothing new in insanity or true art critics who will help people get better. I'm more disgusted by people who deserve to be banned and yet aren't because the mods are never around (a certain someone that starts with a "K," for one).*complain* I dunno, come here everyday and there's only one member really posting.-_-

I've added a lot of members on other social sites, though, so the setting's the only thing that's different.:mrgreen:

Yeps, I miss him too. ;-; And yeahs, Tenshi would only come on chat when she had time, but was always too lazy to register, and now she's too busy. >_> Gah, should've forced her when I had the chance.

Can't ban anyone if Moonraiser's never around. We got like, 5 spambots running free and unchecked, not to mention members like KP wouldn't have been around for as long if the admin had been around often to ban them when their crimes were fresh. Can't really blame Moonraiser though, I'm sure he has more important things going on than the forums and that means the mods are helpless when it comes to removal of unruliness.

As for the flame wars, that's what turned me off in the first place. I don't mind making fun of someone for being a kook on the forums, but when I log into chat and find people viciously attacking them without making any attempt at being funny then that's when things get out of hand and fun gets killed. That was the point I was trying to make in the autism thread but that turned into an argument as well. That's really why I've been distant lately.

I still like you all, for sure, but that's my reason for absence.

I'm allergic to messengers, 'til I don't have the watchful eyes of my parents on me. Yet, aside such, I think the forum just needs some time to build itself back up to a point to where it's not considered six feet under. With Tasha back, things should pick up. Go into Insanity, post as many fuckin' weird topics as possible, and gets some people to comment on them. Get more artists! There's a some of PPG fanartists on DA that probably don't know of this site. I'm sure they be more than happy to join. It's only a matter of finding them. That much can be done. But seriously, I think the forums are in some grave danger that'll distant ourselves from it. I mean, we're still posting here, right?

I completely agree with everyone, it seems RR.net is facing for a tough moment. Nobody seems to be able to log in chat or even post, the only thing we can really do is just posting comments and wait. More likely i can only join to MSN to see some members online and not posting in the forums, I miss the old days ;_;. In times like this, Moonraiser should make act of presence and put order in the forums with a interesting topic or a update.

Maybe we just need to do a interesting activity in the forums that can bring some members up, like reviving "old" comics or I was planning in making a RR.net Radio show once i gather some friends with mics in the netz. I just want to create havoc here just to bring RRN to his glorious days >=D
