Does anyone know where I can find this picture (preferably a jpeg) against it's normal/usually white background? 10 years ago around this time this picture would've been easily found on all yahoo/google picture searches for The Powerpuff Girls, seeing as this picture was one of the promo pictures to advertise the premiere of the upcoming series. Nowadays you'd be lucky to find even 1 result of this picture in a yahoo/google search. |

The problems with it are that: #1. It's not a jpeg picture & #2. It's not against a white background. I'm working on a PPG music video, and everytime I load the picture into my Windows Movie Maker program I get a messed-up, blochy, black & white background behind the picture. |

Open it in any paint program and then save it as a jpeg.
A free one that's good is Paint.NET: http://www.getpaint.net/download.html |

I tried that on my paint program on Windows Vista and the background of the picture was still messed up. |

"Messed up" probably translates to "transparent background." All you needed to do was fill in a white background. No matter. I did it for you:
