There have been some technical issues recently regarding people that prefer to share a computer. The moderators (whatever's left of them) clearly have a grudge against the concept of sharing a single computer terminal.
In case you don't know what an IP address IS, it's the unique series of digits used to identify your computer. All people of power simply love learning as many IP addresses as they can so they can remain omnipotent and in control of everyone else. If there wasn't such a system, then you can't be identified, but then there would be a need for a different system for computers to contact one another seeing how this is the main method of online interfacing.

And now, a word from someone who actually knows what they're talking about: We mods (the few who are remaining) don't care at all about multiple people sharing a computer to post on RRN. What we DO care about is one person using multiple accounts when they don't need to. One person who has multiple accounts for the sake of throwing people off their true identity (people who should be banned, for instance). Kandi is one such person. She's had 5 other accounts here and every time she gets in trouble she makes a brand new one then pretends she's someone else. Vampire Shaman Queen is another; she also has multiple accounts and in each one she claims to be a totally different person, from an IRL cybernetic vampire to a girl whose parents died in a fire and is now hated as a monster. Each time the user leaves very outstanding clues as to how the accounts are connected, ranging from similar themes in email addresses, birthdays, to their IP addresses (all of which can be seen by the mods).

In that category, there's also KP, or, King Powerpuff. He got in trouble multiple times, couldn't follow ANY of the rules, started drama, fights and arguments and ultimately lacked the mental capacity to be mature on a forum. THAT is what we have a problem with.

Funny, Boris Goldeneye. Now that I think about it, you seem to have a pretty thorough analysis on mod procedures for a guy who just joined. BTW, nice IP address.

I can't really see you banned again KP, as banishment is no longer being enforced. However, I will not stand for seing Rowdyruff.net being transformed into a warzone over your immaturity. Not again. Just know that any drama you start will result in complete deletion of all posts. As you can see, I'll be keeping an eye on you. I just hope that you can try to coexist on the forum without burying the community in your forced fan-fiction ideas or your attitude.

Well, if this is how you figure, I was accessing the school network's computers, which SHOULD'VE been different from my own. This was what I was counting on for cloaking my identity. Also, I see you caught my passions. I realized that that might've said something, but when it came to mind, it was too late. Ah well. The plan originally was to get a new face and a clean record so that I won't have to worry about bothering everyone and vice versa. I wanted to return CLEAN.

Actually, since I was under heavy bombardment so frequently recently by everyone, I was hoping to produce MY OWN, more powerpuff-based, forum to create a compromise as a way to avoid this site. Also, I was going to be very lienent with my rules and regulations and I would do my best to prevent the need of "moderators," creating a "free society." If there ever came to be where I would need such support, I would ensure that even they will have limits and thus that "even the government is governed." I wanted a place where "The artist wouldn't have to fear the censor" (Bioshock reference) as well as the pervert...as if keeping back perverts is possible (I myself am NOT a pervert, mind you all).

I will also allow room for off-topic discussions, but the general site will be much more powerpuff-oriented. Should this idea take off combined with changing the theme of this site, I would welcome you all to it. Another good perk: you'd never have to worry about my face again, I promise...that is, if all goes well.

Also, I have always apologized profusely for all my missteps, no matter how countless they've been. Actually, I would greatly prefer that you delete all records of King Powerpuff because of all the disgraceful stuff that was said.

And Darkgunn, I know people have been messing with me and I accused you of such, but just so you know, I have no hard feelings. I know I was a jerk, and a sock to my block is what I deserve. Also, you have a point: it IS strange that I am back for one last HA-OO.

And thanks for being such a sport, Gopher...a really good one at that, although I still feel tense with your sense of fun (messing with what other people post and such). I never wanted this to be a warzone. I was hoping that this would be an online outpost to stay connected with the powerpuff universe, but clearly that theory didn't pan out, additionally provoking incompatibility.

To the forum itself: It is in rough times that used to be a hub of puff-talk, now reduced to a social joint for its few surviving members, no more than a dozen, I'd guess. I wish I could contribute to restoring its glory, for that was what I was expecting to see when I first came here.......(reflects) :cry: I know I didn't help any and I think I actually defeated the purpose instead. There are survivors out there that are veterans, TRUE veterans, of the Powerpuff Age, myself as one. I feel sorry for King Moonraiser because, like you all said, he doesn't have any real company anymore. To this site, HE's the important one, and all I was trying to do was tune in and see if there's any reception for our beloved superhumans that have practically formed a new ethnic group. I wanted to make my own forum, but at this rate, I don't forsee any luck with that.

Yes, I totally agree that this forum should no longer be deemed with the powerpuff theme. Still,

You were under bombardment for a great many issues. In regards to the forum, you got exactly what you deserved. You threw a bunch of threads into chaos and disarray and the members' responses in the forum regarding that was appropriate and well-placed. The only bombarding of negativity I saw was what was going on in the chatroom. While you were one of the most annoying people around, I thought your treatment in there was over the top (although I admit my own part in that as well). I apologize for my part, but you REALLY asked for it.

No, we're not going to delete your old accounts. They can serve as reminders to people on how NOT to act on a forum. What you can do is learn from them and hope that your stay this time around isn't chaotic and uncalled for.

Just please. For goodness sake, don't get more involved than you need to. You treated this as a way of life; chill out and put that "PPG IS MY ENTIRE LIFE" crap away. Forums are for fun, not commitment.
