Good...Fucking...God
I think this one's going to flop because anyone who knows what Max Payne was about it was a revenge story about Max trying to take his revenge on some evil drug dealers...There were never demons or whatever those creatures are in the Games
It's like they're trying to make Max Payne into Constantine! Surprised they haven't gotten Keanu Reeves to be Max Payne after seeing this...also Clive Owen would be better suited for the title of Max..especially since he's already familiar with John Woo-esque Gun Kata
But I could be Jumping the gun, but just looking at this trailer...maybe not |

| Dude, Mark Wahlberg. That's all I gotta say. I'll definitely see it, for sure. |

OMGGG
I never played it myself, but I've seen my brother play it, and I always thought it'd be REALLY good on screen. This might actually be a good video game film (still wanting on Halo and Bioshock, I'd like to see F.E.A.R. made into a movie as well). |

| Som would a God Of War Movie...The Only person I can think of that can play Kratos well, is ironically a wrestler...and his name is Steve Austin...And that's the bottom line, because Kratos says so! Only because I don't think Vin Diesel is at all a good actor, having him as Kratos would probably be a disaster...And Yes Babylon A.D. did indeed suck ass |

Fuck you, Vin Diesel is legend.
:argh:
But seriously, I wanna see Babylon AD. I won't say anything about Kratos because I never got into God of War (but Steve Austin without a moustache is just wierd). Don't know who'd be good for him but I'm sure everyone will bitch about who they do decide to go with because everyone else has their own personal favorite. They forget that it's not that important to Hollywood who stars in videogame movies. That's why there aren't any memorable ones.
Edit: Actually, I wonder if Leonidas from 300 would make a good Kratos? |

You mean Gerard Butler? I thought he'd be a good pic too...but ever since he was a part of that lame movie "P.S. I Love You(P.S. I Hate That Movie)"...It's kinda conflicted...But I think Austin might keep the moustache, But Diesel's been in some lame movies...2 Fast 2 Furious, XXX, Chronicles of Riddick, The frigging Pacifier, you get the idea...But also, Vin Diesel, when he gets into a fit like you'd expect Kratos too, he doesn't shout at the top of his voice...It's more like a low gravely Dark Knight-esque kind of serious tone, we need a yeller! Which unfortunately leaves Jason Statham out as well because Death Race was awesome |
