Did anyone watch the marathon recently on Discovery Channel?
It basically shows how they make infomercials and gives you a behind-the-scenes view of it.
It's worth the watch.

My brother and I used to watch on regular ocassions, mainly because we had nothing better to do. :P
It's a shame the show has to the end though. Even with the marathon, a possible continuation of the show without Billy Mays only mean cancelation for it. Also, the man's sudden death really makes me think the Death Note has come to our world and someone's acting as the Kira against celebrities. |

BELATED RESPONSE: I actually did a speech in class about Billy Mays. And yea, that marathon was actually kind of sad, what all with the tribute shorts in between all the commercials.
....
Oh yea, Michael Jackson died. Not that I have to remind everyone because THEY'RE STILL TALKING ABOUT IT. Most of my classmates didn't even know who Billy Mays was. Jeez. |
