In case anyone noticed, or even cared, there is no Daylight Savings Time option in PHPBB. I'm working on a way to implement it...maybe.

Until then, you can manually adjust it twice a year. For example, Easter Standard Time in the USA is GMT -5. For DST, it would be GMT -4. In the fall, you'd have to move it back to -5.
