If you're using Firefox, you'll notice a little satellite symbol at the bottom of the browser. It's an RSS feed for the forums topics. If you click on it, you can "Subscribe" (create a bookmark) that will dynamically display the latest topics.

or for the latest replies:
http://forums.rowdyruff.net/forums/rss.xml
Use it in whatever RSS aggregator you like. Now even your Google personal homepage can display our forums!
